1. Return Policy

a. Non-Returnable Items
  • All art supplies, artworks, stationery products, and other items sold on our website are non-returnable once purchased.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
b. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us for a full refund or replacement.
  • Contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery via:
  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person. Inform us immediately for prompt assistance.
c. Eligibility for Returns (for Exceptions Only)
  • If approved for return due to a defect or damage, the product must be:
    • In its original unused condition.
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Packaged with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method. For payments made via Credit/Debit Cards, we may require additional banking details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged during transit.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
